Your Role

As HVAC Install Manager, you’ll oversee daily installation operations while leading and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for:

• Scheduling crews and managing installation projects
• Coaching, training, and developing technicians
• Ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance
• Monitoring department performance and KPIs
• Conducting job site visits
• Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and service teams
• Ensuring crews have the tools and materials they need
• Resolving customer concerns professionally
• Improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability

Experience We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Previous proven leadership and/or management experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and applicable codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Your Typical Schedule

Monday–Friday: Full-time schedule based on department and project needs
